Shipping Policy

 All orders have a processing time of 1-3 business days for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. During this time period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure security and accuracy of transaction placed. We do not ship orders on the holidays or weekends we are closed. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimated, we do not provide money back guarantees for any method. If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email. Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for how long an order takes to deliver to you. There are many factors that can affect shipping timelines, including weather, postal courier errors, etc. We will ship your order in accordance with the timelines stated above. We will also be more than happy to open an investigation for you 30 days after the shipping date, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has been shipped.

Returns & Exchange Period

We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 14 days upon receiving order. Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are FinalContact our Customer Service Team at info@goldenremedeywellness.com to receive a return approval prior to returning any product.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Used Hardware, Opened Or Used Products, Worn Apparel, Sale or Discontinued items


We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

After receiving your return approval from our Customer Service Team, you should mail your product to address provided by the representative. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Credit Card/Debit Card Merchant Service Policy

For Credit Card/Debit Card payment methods we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses as well as addresses that do not match the billing address.

 

Incorrect Address Submission

Please make sure to carefully review your shipping and billing address before placing your order. Incorrect address submissions may result in delayed delivery, or returned packages. In the event of the package being returned to Goldenremedywellness.com due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided, the package will not be reshipped until a 15% restocking and shipping fee is payed by the customer.
