Returns & Exchange Period


We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 14 days upon receiving order. Outside this period we don't accept any returns for any reason. All Sales are FinalContact our Customer Service Team at to receive a return approval prior to returning any product.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Used Hardware, Worn Apparel, Sale or discontinued items

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

After receiving your return approval from our Customer Service Team, you should mail your product to address provided by the representative. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Return Shipping Costs

In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer are responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND MEATHODS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Cancelled/ Buyers Remorse Orders will be charged a 30% restock fee.


Refund Process

Refunds may be issued back to the original payment of Credit card, debit card, etc. Golden Remedy is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package.
